Information according to EU Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988
The safety, quality and durability of our products are our highest priority. For manufacturing, we exclusively use materials that comply with legal requirements and are suitable for their intended use.
Jewelry
Our jewelry is made of precious metals, predominantly 925 sterling silver. Some bracelets are combined with leather. As part of our risk assessment, we have determined that no health risks are expected from our jewelry when used as intended.
925 sterling silver consists of 92.5% silver, with the remainder usually being copper. According to our suppliers, nickel is not alloyed in. Should an allergic reaction occur nevertheless, please remove the jewelry immediately and do not wear it further. Upon request, we are happy to inform you about the exact composition of the respective alloy.
Leather is a natural product. It may transfer color when wet. Leather bracelets should not be worn by anyone with a known leather allergy.
Keep jewelry out of reach of children and animals. Small parts can be swallowed, and there is a possible strangulation risk with necklaces.
Remove jewelry before sports or strenuous physical activity, as this may increase the risk of injury. Jewelry should also be removed before going to the sauna: silver can become extremely hot and cause burns.
Knives
Caution: Our knives are very sharp. Handle them carefully and take care not to cut yourself. Store knives safely and out of reach of children. Knives should not be put in the dishwasher. Please observe the applicable legal regulations when carrying knives in public.
Leather Goods
Leather is a natural product and changes over time. Keep leather goods dry and occasionally care for them with a suitable leather care product. Leather may transfer color when wet.
Clothing
The care and safety instructions on the sewn-in label apply to clothing.
Beard Care
For external use only. Please observe the instructions and ingredients on the packaging. If skin irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
Storage and Care of Jewelry
Store jewelry pieces separately from each other, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box in a dry place away from direct sunlight. This will help prevent scratches.
Fine chains and bracelets can break if they get caught or if a pendant that is too heavy is worn on a chain that is too thin.
Cosmetics, chemicals and intense heat should not come into contact with jewelry. Sand, for example at the beach or during gardening, can permanently scratch precious metals.
When swimming, especially in cold water, the risk of losing rings increases because fingers become narrower due to the cold.
Cleaning
Clean your jewelry with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush, then polish it with a silver polishing cloth. Tarnish on silver can usually be removed with a polishing cloth. Please follow the instructions for use of the respective cleaning products. We advise against using denture cleaners.
Natural Signs of Wear
Signs of wear caused by normal use cannot be avoided and are not considered a defect. If your jewelry piece shows significant signs of wear after several years, we are happy to offer a refurbishment service.
