Returns, exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at the following address

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

The return of all products is at your own expense.

We only accept intact and unworn items for return. The item must be in its original condition with all of our packaging.

Personalized products (made to your size / custom engraved / stenciled / embroidered or a custom cap-patch combination), unique items and limited editions cannot be returned.

Once we have received the item back, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.

You will be refunded the full price you paid for the product, including the standard postage. Please note that you will not receive a refund for return shipping costs or customs fees, duties and taxes.

Please ensure the item is sent via a tracked service / insured as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.

Please DO NOT send the jewelry in a plain envelope by post - the sorting machines tear up irregular shaped letters. The jewelry must be sent in a box.

If you wish to make an exchange, place a new order on the website.
