Hi, I'm Sönke, the face behind Ankerwerk.

As a trained carpenter, I have always been passionate about craftsmanship. What started as a hobby has become a small one-man business.

I only make products that I myself like and am confident in. I pay close attention to the small details, such as seams and edges. Every piece is 100% handmade and always unique, because no piece of leather is the same as another.
