I wanted a lobster clasp that no one else had. It should also be designed so that it can be worn both with and without a pendant.

Your first chain? Go for a length of 50 cm. It sits close to the neck, is barely noticeable under a shirt, and you will quickly get used to it. At 4 mm, the curb chain is a good entry thickness; you can always go thicker later.
